และต่อมาเกษตรกรสมาชิกของศูนย์รวมนมหนองโพจำนวน 185 คนได้เข้าชื่อกันจดทะเบียนเป็นสหกรณ์ในวันที่15เมษายน พ.ศ.2514 โดยใช้ชื่อ“สหกรณ์โคนมราชบุรีจำกัด” เป็นสหกรณ์ประเภทบริการ
