Good news,dear Smakom.
I was recalled this morning by the Embassy and my application accepted.
I had to send a private email to the Ambassador expressing my frustration and plea.
Fortunately, he went through my data and realised my previous visa was from Vientiane and he had checked me last year.
My passport is with the Ambassador and he has promised to contact foreign affairs in Bangkok and get my visa apprpved.
I can have the visa between tomorrow or Monday.
