การสิ้นสุดข้อตกลงทั่วไปฉบับนี้ และหรือใบสั่งซื้อใด ๆ ภายใต้ข้อ 29.1 และ 29.2 ข้างต้น จะเป็นไปโดยไม่กระทบกระเทือน และจะอยู่นอกเหนือจากสิทธิ์การแก้ไขใด ๆ ซึ่งฝ่ายที่บอกสิ้นสุดมีอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับที่ใช้
