Per attached UNOPS Purchase Order N

Per attached UNOPS Purchase Order No. 0000418589, dated 12th November 2014 and duly signed by Q-Bioscience, we ordered 2 PCR machine sets, 1 Lot of Gloves and Plastic bag, 1440 HIV DNA PCR Test and 773 HIV RNA PCR Test. We’ve received 1 PCR machine set, and some reagent test kits which were inconsistent with our purchase order as first part of the shipment on 19th February 2014.

For second part of shipment, you mentioned many items which were not even mentioned on your shipping documents of the 1st shipment. Since your attached Invoices and Packing Lists on below e-mail mentioned many items that does not markedly associated with our Purchase Order and mentioned different shipping address other than UNOPS, we are requested you to provide strong justification on this subject.

If there are any items on your attached Invoices and Packing List are not the items we’ve ordered, we will not be able to clear out these items.
