การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาคู่มือการทดลอง ชุดการเรียนรู้แบบจำลองสถานการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานโดยใช้โปรแกรม Enterprise Dynamics โดยมีขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 พัฒนาคู่มือการทดลอง ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์โดยตรงกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชาแบบจำลองปัญหา รหัสวิชา 34081204 วิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหาความต้องการและศึกษาเอกสารทางวิชาการและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กำหนดกรอบโครงร่าง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 หาคุณภาพของคู่มือการทดลองโดยทดลองใช้คู่มือการทดลองกับกลุ่มประชากรจำนวน 16 คน ใช้แบบทดสอบทดลองกลุ่มเดียวกันวัดผล 2 ครั้ง คือ วัดผลก่อนศึกษาคู่มือการทดลองและวัดผลหลังการศึกษาคู่มือการทดลอง ขั้นตอนที่ 3 หาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคู่มือการทดลอง ชุดการเรียนรู้แบบจำลองสถานการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานโดยใช้โปรแกรม Enterprise Dynamics สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่า IOC
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การสร้างสร้างคู่มือการทดลอง ชุดการเรียนรู้แบบจำลองสถานการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานโดยใช้โปรแกรม Enterprise Dynamics ให้มีความเหมาะสมกับสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของอาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชาแบบจำลองปัญหา ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบสำคัญได้แก่ คำชี้แจงการใช้งาน เนื้อหาสาระ กิจกรรมการทดลองและแบบฝึกหัดหลังการทดลอง โดยมีค่าระดับความเหมาะสมที่ตรวจโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการหาคุณภาพของคู่มือการทดลอง โดยการทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มประชากรจำนวน 16 คน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยความรู้หลังการศึกษาคู่มือการทดลองเพิ่มสูงขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการศึกษาคู่มือการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผลการศึกษาหาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคู่มือการทดลอง โดยให้กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้คู่มือการทดลองตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงใจที่สร้างขึ้นจำนวน 16 คน พบว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อคู่มือการทดลองที่ระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.97 ซึ่งสามรถแปลค่าได้ว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อคู่มือการทดลองในระดับมากเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานการวิจัย
