It is hereby agreed as follows:

1. APPOINTMENT
The Principal hereby appoints the Distributor as its sole exclusive distributor for Greenland products in the territory specified in clause 2 (“Territory”) and for the agreed consumer retail channels. After the first year, the Distributor and the Principal will meet to discuss if any other sales channels can also be represented by the Distributor. The Distributor will have the first option to distribute new Holland Beauty Concepts products for the Territory. The parties shall in good faith cooperate and try to establish a long lasting cooperation through this distribution agreement. The products under this agreement are those listed in Appendix A hereunder (“Products”).
