การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาคุณภาพบทเรียนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการซ่อมบำรุงคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 โรงเรียนร่องคำ อำเภอร่องคำ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 ระหว่างก่อนเรียน/หลังเรียน (t-test) กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 โรงเรียนร่องคำ อำเภอร่องคำ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1,2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 38 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ และบทเรียนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง การซ่อมบำรุงคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณภาพของบทเรียนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง การซ่อมบำรุงคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ("X" ̅ =4.22 , S.D. = 0.26) 2)ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ เรื่อง การซ่อมบำรุงคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 โรงเรียนร่องคำ อำเภอร่องคำ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบสื่อมัลติมีเดียหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง การซ่อมบำรุงคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 โดยรวมทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ("X" ̅ = 4.65, S.D. = 0.54)
