1. ใน W3. ได้งานใหม่เพิ่ม 1 รุ่น M/S จาก ASA. เป็นกลุ่มน้ำยาทำความสะอาดพื้น Vixol 900 ml. สีขาว ปัจจุบันได้แค่สีชมพู (รุ่นหลักของลูกค้ามี สีชมพู,ขาว,ม่วง และดำ)
ได้ยอดเพิ่มขึ้น 5,000 - 8,000 ใบ ต่อเดือน
2. ปัญหาเรื่องคุณภาพ ช่องไฟ ณ.ตอนนี้ ทีมผลิตได้แก้ไขปัญหาได้แล้ว จึงนำสินค้ารุ่นที่ไปจ้าง TCSP กลับมาผลิตเองที่ TCC ตั้งแต่ วันที่ 20/08/2015 จนถึงปัจจุบัน
ยังไม่พบปัญหาที่ลูกค้า เพื่อปัองกันปัญหาการร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า QA & ผู้แทนขาย ช่วงแรกได้จัดเวลาเข้าไปดู Line ผลิตที่ IP สัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้งเพื่อติดตามปัญหา หลัง
จากที่ทีมผลิตได้แก้ไขปัญหาแล้ว ปัจจุบันได้ลดลงเหลือ 1 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์
