เนื่องจากสิ่งของที่เราใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันนั้น ล้วนมีส่วนประกอบของคานอยู่ด้วย แต่ผู้ใช้ไม่ค่อยมีการคำนึงถึงเรื่องนี้ บางครั้งผู้ที่นำมาใช้ก็ไม่รู้จักที่มา หลายคนไม่รู้ไม่เข้าใจความหมายหรือส่วนประกอบ ข้อมูลต่างๆ ซึ่งอาจทำให้ถูกใช้ในทางที่ผิด จนอาจจะทำให้ได้รับอันตราย
กลุ่มของข้าพเจ้าจึงจัดทำโครงงานนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่อศึกษา รวบรวมข้อมูล ตลอดจนจัดทำสิ่งประดิษฐ์ เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ที่สนใจ เป็นการศึกษาและเผยแพร่ความรู้ เพื่อนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันต่อไป
จุดประสงค์
1.เพื่อศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคาน
2.เพื่อได้รู้จักการประดิษฐ์ของใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันที่มีโครงสร้างมาจากคาน
3.เพื่อนำความรู้ที่ได้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน
