เงื่อนไข
1. ทำสัญญากับกระทรวงพลังงานและบ่อแร่
2. โชว์เงิน 30% ให้รัฐบาลลาวตรวจสอบ (มีบริษัทแสดงการเงินให้แล้ว) ทางบริษัทที่จะรับงานแสดงแค่ 20% ของแต่ละมูลค่างานแต่ละ route
3. เมื่อผ่านการตรวจสอบเชิญดูแบบและTOR
4. ทำ MOU แล้วเปิดบัญชีในประเทศลาวธนาคาร BCEL
5. ค่าคอมฯ 10 + 1%(ของพวกเรา)
6. มีงบประมาณจาก world Bank
