จากการศึกษาเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจในการใช้สารสนเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ตของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้สารสนเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ตของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัย รัตนบัณฑิต เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้สารสนเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ตของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมีผลต่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้สารสนเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ตของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้สารสนเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ตของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต การศึกษาครั้งนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต จำนวน 99 คน คำนวณจากสูตร Yamane’ โดยผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สำเร็จรูป ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistic) ในการแจกแจงความถี่ในรูปของตารางสถิติค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Means) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) ได้แก่ สถิติ t-test F-test One-Way-ANOVA เพื่อใช้ทดสอบความแตกต่างของตัวแปร และสถิติ Chi-Square เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.1 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
