18.2 สัญญาเช่ารถยนต์
ในระหว่างปี 2554 บริษัทได้ทำสัญญาเช่ารถยนต์กับบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกันในประเทศแห่งหนึ่งรวม 3 ฉบับ เพื่อเช่ารถยนต์มาใช้ในกิจการประกอบด้วย
(1) ณ วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2554 บริษัททำสัญญาเช่ารถยนต์ 1 คัน มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 36 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2554 ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2556 อัตราค่าเช่ารถยนต์เดือนละ 36,000 บาท
(2) ณ วันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2554 บริษัททำสัญญาเช่ารถยนต์ 1 คัน มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 36 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2554 ถึงวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2557 อัตราค่าเช่ารถยนต์เดือนละ 36,000 บาท
(3) ณ วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2554 บริษัททำสัญญาเช่ารถยนต์ 1 คัน มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 36 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2554 ถึงวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2557 อัตราค่าเช่ารถยนต์เดือนละ 36,000 บาท
และเมื่อวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2555 บริษัทได้ทำสัญญาเช่ารถยนต์ 1 คัน กับบริษัทในประเทศแห่งหนึ่ง มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 36 เดือน เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2555 สิ้นสุดวันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2558 อัตราค่าเช่ารถยนต์เดือนละ 26,001 บาท
