ชั้นปีที่1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม มีผู้ที่มีค่าBMIเกินมาตรฐาน
คือ (ค่าBMI) >23 มีทั้งหมด 8 คน สาเหตุเนื่องมาจากการออกกำลังที่ไม่เพียงพอ การกินอาหารที่ไม่มีประโยชน์ จึงมีแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาโดยการนำทฤษฏี Self-Efficacy การเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของตนว่าจะสามารถลดน้ำหนักได้และมีปัจจัยจากเสริมที่ทำให้มีแรงจูงใจในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมได้แก้การกระตุ้นเตือนและแรงสนับสนุนจากเพื่อนและบุคคลใกล้ชิด เมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน8คน มี่ค่าBMI ลดลง
