ฝ่ายบุคคลหรือฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานการรับนักศึกษาเข้าปฏิบัติงาน ให้คำแนะนำและอธิบายแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับสหกิจศึกษาแก่ ผู้บริหารของสถานประกอบการ บุคลากร หัวหน้างานและพนักงานที่ปรึกษางาน เพื่อทำหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักศึกษาในหัวข้อต่อไปนี้
-ด้านระเบียบวินัย กำหนดให้นักศึกษาปฏิบัติตนตามระเบียบการบริหารงานบุคคลของ สถานประกอบการนั้นๆ เสมือนหนึ่งเป็นพนักงานชั่วคราว เช่น กำหนดเวลาเข้าออกงาน การลางาน และการแต่งกาย
-การปฐมนิเทศ ให้ความรู้แก่นักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างการบริหารงาน วัฒนธรรมองค์กร ลักษณะงาน การติดต่อประสานงาน และความปลอดภัยในการทำงานตลอดจนเรื่องอื่นๆ ที่ เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงาน
