๑) ความพอประมาณ หมายถึง ความพอดี ไม่มากเกินไป ไม่น้อยเกินไป

๒) ความมีเหตุผล หมายถึง การตัดสินใจ อย่างมีเหตุผล

๓) การมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัว หมายถึง การเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมรับผลกระทบและการเปลี่ยนแปลง
