บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงาน วิชาการของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41
2. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41 ประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 134 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารใน การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงการเบนมาตรฐานความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนถึงบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41 โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารการเรียนการสอน รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการบริหารการวิจัยและพัฒนา ตามลำดับ แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารควรมีบทบาทมากยิ่งขึ้นในการบริหารงานวิชาการ ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการบริหารการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา และด้านการบริหารการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการระบบการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
