2. นายสมชาย เปี่ยมศิริ รหัสพนักงาน 97054 เป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบ มีอาการแขนขาข้างขวาอ่อนแรง ตั้งแต่ 8 ตุลาคม 2557 เป็นต้นมา ขณะนี้อยู่ในระยะเวลาการดูแลรักษาจากทางแพทย์
จากกรณีดังกล่าวนี้ทำให้แผนก Service ขาดกำลังคนในการทำงาน โดยเป็นพนักงานชั่วคราว จึงขอกำลังคนชดเชยเพื่อทำงาน โดยเป็นพนักงานชั่วคราวระยะเวลา 1 ปี จนกว่าพนักงานที่ป่วยจะสามารถกลับมาปฏิบัติงานตามปกติได้
