CONCLUSIONS
This chapter presents the summary, discussion of the findings, limitation of the study, and recommendations. Firstly, the summary, discussion of the hypotheses testing are reported. Then, the recommendations, limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are discussed.
The purposes of this study were to the demand of tourists to development of River Kwai Bridge tourism Kanchanaburi Province. The objective of this study is also to examine the area of improvement needed to development of River Kwai Bridge tourism Kanchanaburi Province.
The 70 questionnaires were handed to the subjects; questionnaires were completed and used to analyze the result. For the data analysis process, independent sample mean t-test.
For the demographic data of tourists who participated in the survey, For nationality, half of the subjects were Thai and Foreigners tourists. it was found that there were more female than male. The largest age group was 20-30 years old. The education of the largest number of bachelor's degree up. The occupation of the largest number of respondents was company/factory employees. The largest current income group was 30,001 baht up.
In terms of tourists’ characteristics, the result revealed that the highest purpose for Vehicles used on the journey group by Coach hire. The duration of the tour group was 1-2 days. The tourists’ average of visit the River Kwai Bridge in Kanchanaburi Province was 1-2 times. Type of trip of populations group was Travel Agency and followed by relax.
Analyze whether Thai tourists and foreigners have different the demands to develop of the River Kwai bridge. Levene’s Tests indicated the equality of variances across both groups. T-test analysis revealed there was no significant difference between Thai tourists and foreigners the demands to develop of the River Kwai bridge in all aspects. Separately, they are also not different Access to Travel, Facilities, Safety of life/property but T-test analysis revealed there was significant difference between Thai tourists and foreigners the demands to separately, they are also different Environment.
Conclusions
The key to a successful tourism industry does not only lie in the possession of physical attributes such as beautiful riverside, attractive landmarks and cheap prices. Tourism is basically a service industry, and thus, it is the whole travelling experience for the tourists to make it worthwhile of travelling. The emergence of the new issues and trends in the tourism industry in the new century provides an insight to the future. That has led to the change in the demand of the tourists, and that the supply of the tourism products and activities must also adapt to meet the demands from the consumers. Not only that, there are many players in the tourism industry, and thus there are fierce competition among all to attract tourists to their destinations. All these changes have posed many challenges ahead, which can be contradictory to each other and difficult to implement in the short term.
The purpose of this study is to the demands of Thai tourists and foreigners who come to Thailand Tourism. Attractions, the River Kwai bridge, Kanchanaburi province and for analyzing the differences in the development of tourist attractions, the River Kwai bridge.The National Tourism Strategy provides a foundation for a long-term, coordinated approach to sustainable growth of the tourism sector. By working collaboratively, public and private sector tourism stakeholders can continue building an internationally competitive tourism sector. The next steps will be to continue to work together to advance the Strategy, and to implement the "priorities for action" set out on the two previous pages. All governments, in partnership with their industry, must bring to bear their resolve to turn actions into results.
Tourism arrivals for this study attempts to find out the attitude of both tourists local and international tourists, and to determine the activities of both domestic and foreign group of tourists. As this activity was launched to stimulate the tourism, the study of their attitudes toward the all activities would be of great value for tourism stakeholders in both itself government and private sectors to prepare effective marketing and promotion for development tourism. The local community thinks that tourism brings jobs and incomes as well as cultural development. However, the real benefits generated from the tourism industry are largely distributed among big foreign and local companies such as airline companies, hotels, and restaurants a study of tourism sites in the River Kwai bridge, Kanchanaburi province. However, the result of the study indicated that a tourist’s attitudes toward decision to travel immediately after seeing the visiting the River Kwai bridge, Kanchanaburi province.
Recommendations

The royal government of Thailand, including the River Kwaibridge, Kanchanaburi province organizations can promote positive benefits while reducing the tourism negative consequences of rapid growth in the tourism industry through pro-active planning and close collaboration. The following policy recommendations are made in the spirit of promoting such cooperation. In order to achieve this cooperation, tourist agencies and officials who work concern to this tourism sector should implement the following points:
1. Help farmers increase their production of better quality agricultural products, including come tourism Vegetables and meat, to sell in the tourist sector in the River Kwaibridge, Kanchanaburi province (hotels and restaurants).
2. Promote public safety awareness among children, parents, and community leaders About problems associated with sexual advances and other inappropriate behavior on the part of tourists or others.
3. Ministry of Tourism’s officials who concerned to, should explore ways to help people increase food production and income with minimal negative effects on the natural environment. In the future, farmers will need to adapt more efficient and environmentally friendly ways of increasing, vegetable, and livestock production.
4. The Governor of Kanchanaburi should proactively provide more information about its role so that people who live in the River Kwaibridge, Kanchanaburi province have a better understanding of the rules, regulations, and enforcement provisions, and opportunities to participate.
5. The River Kwai bridge official officials should also consider ways to formally regulate the vendor trade in riverside according to clear and objective criteria so that vendors are aware of the rules and proper enforcement mechanisms.
6.The government should consider ways to allocate a greater share of tourism revenue to the provincial government, which provides public services and security for the tourism industry. The above opinions, it just a small part of corner for providing to all official worked concerned to the tourism sector. And we hoped that our above ideas will be cooperated with the government, in order to maintain and protect world’s heritages in Thailand, and develop the sustainability and continuity tourism sector form Thailand as well as the whole world in future
