จากแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการต่อนวัตกรรม “ผ้าคาดเอวมหัศจรรย์ คลายปวดด้วยเจล”จำนวน 10 ราย โดยใช้มาตรวัดแบบ Likert scale สามารถหาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยเปรียบเทียบกับช่วงของระดับความพึงพอใจ โดยแจกแจงแต่ละประเด็นความพึงพอใจได้ดังนี้ 1) นวัตกรรมมีรูปแบบ และขนาดเหมาะสม มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.1คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมาก 2) นวัตกรรมมีรูปแบบที่สวยงาม น่าใช้ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.3 คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด 3) นวัตกรรมสามารถพกพาได้ง่ายและสะดวกต่อการใช้งานมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.3 คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด
4) นวัตกรรมมีความปลอดภัยต่อการใช้งาน ไม่ระคายเคืองต่อผิว มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.6 คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด 5) นวัตกรรมที่ใช้มีความสบายตัวขณะใส่ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4 คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมาก 6) นวัตกรรมสามารถทำความสะอาดและเก็บรักษาได้ง่ายมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.2 คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมาก 7) นวัตกรรมนี้มีประโยชน์ต่อการช่วยลดปวดของท่าน มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.3คะแนน อยู่ในช่วงระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด และจากการศึกษาโดยใช้ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation : S.D.) พบว่า ผู้ที่มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างมีค่าคะแนนความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันเล็กน้อย มีข้อเสนอแนะต่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรม คือ 1) ผ้าคาดเอวควรมีหลากหลายขนาดมากกว่านี้เพื่อให้เหมาะกับรูปร่างของผู้ใช้ 2)หากแผ่นด้านหลังมีความแข็งจะดีกว่านี้เพราะช่วยพยุงหลังได้ด้วย
