เครือข่ายกองทุนหมุนเวียนชาวบ้านสงขลา: จากฐานเงินทุนภายในชุมชน สู่การสมทบงบประมาณจากภายนอกเครือข่ายโดยที่กองทุนหมุนเวียนชาวบ้านจังหวัดสงขลา เกิดขึ้นมาจากการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการกองทุนชุมชนและด้านการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนร่วมกันของหมู่บ้านชนบทในจังหวัดสงขลา ที่ดำเนินการมาตั้งแต่ปี 2532 เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์หลักร่วมกันในการพัฒนาระบบพึ่งพากันระหว่างกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ ทั้งในเรื่องของเงินทุนและความรู้ในการบริหารจัดการ การมุ่งเป้าหมายสู่การพัฒนาระบบกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนเพื่อการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน รวมถึงการสร้างระบบกองทุนเงินชุมชนเพื่อสมทบงบประมาณระหว่างรัฐกับชุมชนอีกด้วย
