พวกเราได้จัดทำรายงานฉบับนี้ขึ้นมาเหตุผลเพราะว่าเชียงรายคอนโดเทลเป็นสถานที่ที่มีข้อมูลครอบคลุมมากกว่าและเป็นสถานที่ที่เป็นที่รู้จักของคนไทยและชาวต่างชาติมากพอสมควรและเชียงรายคอนโดเทลนี้เป็นสถานที่ที่ใกล้หอพักพวกเราอีกด้วย และเนื่องจากพวกเราได้ไปรวบรวมเก็บข้อมูลและ สัมภาษณ์บุคคลากรภายในโรงแรมไว้ก่อนล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลาหลายวันแล้วจึงยากที่จะให้พวกเราไปปรับเปลี่ยนแก้ไขข้อมูลเดิมที่มีอยู่แล้ว
ในรายงานฉบับนี้พวกเราก็ได้นำข้อมูลบางส่วนมาจากอินเทอร์เน็ตบ้างเล็กน้อยเพื่อนำมาประกอบข้อมูลบางส่วนให้สมบูรณ์มากขึ้นและอีกเหตุผลหนึ่งที่พวกเราไม่ได้ทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับสถานที่ฝึกงานจริงเป็นเพราะว่าเนื่องด้วงพวกเราได้ไปค้นหาข้อมูลของสถานที่ฝึกงานจริงแล้วพบข้อมูลน้อยมากและข้อมูลไม่ครอบคลุมมากพอที่จะนำมาทำรายงานได้ หลังจากที่พวกเราได้ทำรายงานค้นคว้าหาข้อมูลจากเชียงรายคอนโดเทลแล้วพวกเราก็ได้ทราบถึงปัญหาที่พบภายในองค์กรและวิธีแก้ปัญหาซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นประโยชน์แก่พวกเรามากในอนาคตในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆได้
