5.1.6 ลงนามผู้จัดทำและนำแผนการฝึกอบรมประจำปี(FM-PN-202) เสนอผู้จัดการทั่วไป ทบทวนและลงนามผู้ทบทวนและนำส่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ พิจารณาลงนามอนุมัติ ถ้าไม่อนุมัติจะต้องนำกลับมาปรับปรุง/แก้ไขใหม่ โดยการแก้ไขและการพิจารณาอนุมัติอย่างช้าภายในวันที่ 10มกราคมของปีถัดไป
5.1.7 จัดทำงบประมาณการฝึกอบรมประจำปีเสนอต่อกรรมการผู้จัดการ เพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติ
