การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยศึกษาพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงของพนักงานในแผนกอัดเมลามีน บริษัท ศรีไทยซุปเปอร์แวร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงในการทำงานของพนักงาน ในด้านบุคคล ด้านพฤติกรรมในการทำงาน โดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบตรวจความปลอดภัย (Check list) ผลการวิจัย พบว่าในแผนกอัดเมลามีน มีจำนวน 4 โรงการผลิต มีพนักงาน 676 คน แบ่งเป็นชาย 326 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48 % หญิง 350 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52 % จากการตรวจประเมินความปลอดภัย (Check list) พบว่าพนักงานไม่ค่อยใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลในการทำงานและไม่ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ก่อนทำงาน
ดังนั้นข้อบกพร่องในการลดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงของพนักงานในการปฏิบัติงานของ พนักงานแผนกอัดเมลามีน บริษัท ศรีไทยซุปเปอร์แวร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ควรหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขและปรับปรุงข้อบกพร่องที่พบและเพิ่มระดับความปลอดภัยด้านพฤติกรรมของ บริษัท ศรีไทยซุปเปอร์แวร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อป้องกันการอุบัติเหตุในอนาคตต่อไป
