This study examines the extent to which undergraduate courses that teach how to use engineering and learn together, that is different from the course, lecture, discussion, and the ability to promote the development of design engineering students. Communication and problem solving skills, participate in group study evidence from 480 students 17 or learn the curriculum/course/section and the 6 best engineering school at six, the results indicate that the method of work, or working together produces a statistical significant gains and more on students who learn more than those involved in more traditional teaching methods. The advantage of these learning remain, even if the differences in the diversity of the students before the course features are controlled.
