ขั้นตอนของการลงทะเบียน

1. การจอง

ผู้ประสงค์จะเข้าทำการทดสอบควรจะทำการจองวันสอบอย่างน้อย 1 วันก่อนถึงวันที่ต้องการสอบ (จองได้เฉพาะวันจันทร์-ศุกร์และไม่ใช่วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์เท่านั้น) และในบางครั้งที่นั่งสอบอาจจะเต็มในวันนั้น ๆ ซึ่งสามารถสอบถามวันที่สามารถลงทะเบียนที่นั่งสอบได้จากทางเจ้าหน้าที่

ข้อมูลที่ต้องเตรียมในการจองวันสอบ

2. การลงทะเบียน (ในวันสอบ)

ผู้เข้าสอบควรถึงสถานที่สอบก่อนถึงเวลาเข้าห้องสอบประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง เพื่อดำเนินการการลงทะเบียน

3. สิ่งที่ต้องนำติดตัวมาด้วย

บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ในกรณีใช้ใบเหลืองจำเป็นต้องติดรูปถ่าย) หรือ หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) ห้ามมิให้ใช้สำเนาแทนตัวจริง

ค่าใช้จ่ายในการสอบ Classic TOEIC

ค่าธรรมเนียม 1,000 บาท (หลังจากวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2551 ราคาจะถูกปรับเป็น 1,200 บาท)
ค่าจัดส่ง 50 บาท (ในกรณีที่ต้องการให้จัดส่งทาง EMS)

**หมายเหตุ

ข้อปฏิบัติในการเข้าสอบ

เมื่อเข้าห้องสอบให้นั่งตามที่เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ TOEIC กำหนดให้นั่งเท่านั้น
ห้ามนำอุปกรณ์สื่อสารทุกชนิด (เพจเจอร์ โทรศัพท์มือโทร) เข้าห้องสอบโดยเด็ดขาด ไม่ว่าในกรณี ใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น แม้ว่าปิดเครื่องแล้วก็ตาม

ใบรายงานผลคะแนน

2. จัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ EMS ซึ่งทางศูนย์จะคิดค่าบริการ 50 บาทสำหรับการจัดส่งในประเทศไทย และจะต้องดำเนินการเขียนชื่อ ที่อยู่ที่ต้องการเอง ทางศูนย์ไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบส่งให้ใหม่ได้ ในกรณีที่รายงานผลคะแนนไม่ถึงผู้รับ

3. ให้ผู้แทนมารับรายงานผลคะแนนแทน ซึ่งจะต้องมีเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้

3.1 แบบฟอร์มลงทะเบียนในวันสอบของผู้สอบ
3.2 บัตรประชาชนของผู้สอบ (หรือหนังสือเดินทาง)
3.3 บัตรประชาชนของผู้มารับแทน (หรือหนังสือเดินทาง)spacer

การขอรายงานผลคะแนนฉบับใหม่

» ผู้สอบสามารถขอผลคะแนนใหม่เมื่อใดก็ได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินระยะเวลา 2 ปีนับจากวันที่สอบ หากเกินระยะเวลาดังกล่าว ทางศูนย์จะไม่ออกรายงานผลคะแนนให้

การร้องขอใบรับรองผลคะแนนใหม่ ต้องนำหลักฐานและแจ้งข้อมูลดังนี้

บัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางของผู้ที่ไปขอแทน (ในกรณีที่ให้ผู้อื่นไปรับแทน)
