การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาในเขตภาคตะวันออก 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาที่นำมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 8 แห่ง ประกอบด้วยนักวิชาการศาสนา เจ้าพนักงานการเงินและบัญชี และเจ้าพนักงานธุรการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 125 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน(Peason’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis)
ผลของการศึกษา พบว่า
1) ผลของการศึกษา ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ โดยเรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้ดังนี้ อันดับหนึ่ง คือ ด้านบุคลากร รองลงมาคือ ด้านทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน
2) ผลของการศึกษา ประสิทธิภาพหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงอันดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้ดังนี้ อันดับหนึ่งคือ หลักภาระรับผิดชอบรองลงมา คือ หลักการตอบสนองส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในอันดับสุดท้าย คือ หลักการมีส่วนร่วม
3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออกโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
4) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก ทั้ง 3 ปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านระบบปฏิบัติงาน ปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ และปัจจัยด้านค่านิยม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทั้งหมด ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออกโดยวิธีสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ (multiple regression) แบบ enter ต่อไป
5) ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออกประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านระบบการปฏิบัติงาน(x1) ปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ (x2) ปัจจัยด้านค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร (x3) ทุกด้านสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออกได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ .653 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R2) เท่ากับ .676 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐาน (S.E.est) เท่ากับ .18948 ตัวแปรอิสระทั้งหมด สามารถทำนายปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก ได้ร้อยละ 67.60
