As a result of the analysis of this product in X10 and X30 magnification (magnifying glass and microscope), it has been established that the product has a defect from the production stage in the form of porosity in the place of fastening the dangling charm “Fairy tale”.

The defect is due to the overheating of metal in the process of casting.
