Why you should get up early
Every day you know you should get up early. It is good way for your health. It has three thing support the reason. Eat breakfast, receive good atmosphere and have time for exercise.
If you get up early you have time for eat breakfast. It’s most important meal. Celes said “Eating breakfast is like starting your engine. If you don’t have breakfast, your engine has not started.”
In morning air is fresh and contains more oxygen. Therefore, you receive good atmosphere for your brain and body feel fresh if you get up early. Amphika said “In morning air fresh because it has a little bad pollution and more oxygen from tree to help you feel fresh and relaxation.”
If you get up late your time would be hurry. There is no time to exercise. If you get up in the morning, you will have time to exercise for your own healthy.
