จากความเป็นมาข้างต้นผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจที่จะทำการศึกษาถึงความคิดเห็นของพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานภายใน Rosewell Research Ltd.
ที่มีต่อการติดต่อสื่อสารกันในองค์การ เพื่อรวบรวมถึงปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคขัดขวางสำคัญของการบริหารงาน
และยังใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงหรือพัฒนารูปแบบการติดต่อสื่อสารในองค์กรให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
