บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่อง สับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพ ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการการศึกษา ดังนี้1) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของสับปะรด 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจสูตรของน้ำสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพ สมมติฐานการศึกษา สับปะรดเป็นผลไม้ที่ส่งสริมสุขภาพได้ ในการจัดทำครั้งนี้ได้สำรวจการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของสับปะรดและความพึงพอใจจากสูตรน้ำสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพ จากนักเรียนโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ เตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้า จำนวน 30 คน
ผลการศึกษา
1. ผลการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของสับปะรด พบว่านักเรียนมีการรับรู้ในด้านการดื่มน้ำสับปะรดทุกวันมีสุขภาพดีคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 รองลงมาเป็นด้าน ดื่มน้ำสับปะรดรักษาอาการภูมิแพ้ได้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.14 และ สามารถกินเพื่อล้างสารพิษในร่างกายได้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.00 ตามลำดับ
2. ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจสูตรสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพ 2 สูตรพบว่ามีผู้ พึงพอใจสูตร น้ำสับปะรดผสมแครอท จำนวน 25 คนโดยเป็นเพศหญิงทุกคนชอบสูตรนี้ ทุกคนจำนวน 12 คนส่วนเพศชาย ชอบจำนวน 14 คน รวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.33 และชอบน้ำสับปะรดผสมน้ำเชื่อม จำนวน 5 คน เป็นผู้ชายจำนวน 5 คน ผู้หญิงไม่มีใครชอบสูตรที่ 2 รวม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.67 ตามลำดับ
สรุปผลการศึกษา
น้ำสับปะรดผสมแครอทมีผู้ชอบดื่มมากกว่าสูตรน้ำสับปะรดใส่น้ำตาล เนื่องจาก มีความเป็นธรรมชาติไม่มีความหวานจากน้ำตาล และส่งผลดีต่อสุขภาพเพิ่มขึ้นเนื่องจากไม่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำตาล ไม่ทำให้อ้วน โดยพบว่าเพศหญิงทุกคนชอบสูตรน้ำสับปะรดผสมแครอท ส่วนเพศชายบางคนชอบสูตรน้ำสับปะรดผสมน้ำเชื่อม เนื่องจากมีความอร่อยหวานหอมกว่า หลังจากได้แจกสูตรการทำน้ำสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพทั้ง 2 สูตร ผู้ได้รับมีความพึงพอใจมาก สามารถนำไปใช้ทำได้จริงอันจะส่งผลดีต่อสุขภาพต่อไปได้
