การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของโรงเรียนศรีมโหสถ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ คณะครู โรงเรียนศรีมโหสถ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 25 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation: σ) การเปรียบเทียบความพร้อมของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของโรงเรียนศรีมโหสถ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี จำแนกตามตัวแปรอิสระ คือ เพศ ประสบการณ์และระดับช่วงชั้นที่ปฏิบัติการสอร โดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ Z - test
การศึกษาและผลการเปรียบเทียบการศึกษาความพร้อมของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของโรงเรียนศรีมโหสถ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ในการจำแนกทางเพศ พบว่า เพศชายและเพศหญิงมีความพร้อมไม่แตกต่างกันประสบการณ์ในการสอนน้อยกว่า 15 ปีและมากกว่า 15 ปี ไม่แตกต่างกันในด้านการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนและกำหนดเป้าหมาย การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการประเมินความก้าวหน้าของผู้เรียนส่วนในด้านการเตรียมและเลือกใช้สื่อและการนำผลประเมินใช้มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05ช่วงชั้นที่ปฏิบัติการสอน พบว่า ช่วงชั้นที่ 3 (มัธยมศึกษาปีที่1 - มัธยมศึกษาปีที่3 )และช่วงชั้นที่ 4 (มัธยมศึกษาปีที่4 – มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 )ไม่แตกต่างกันในด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการประเมินความก้าวหน้าของผู้เรียนส่วนในด้านการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนและกำหนดเป้าหมาย การเตรียมและเลือกใช้สื่อและการนำผลประเมินใช้มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
