จ. ฝึกตนอย่างจริงจัง ในที่ที่สงัดจากสิ่งรบกวน (ปนฺตนฺ จ สยนาสนํ)
ฉ. ภาวนาอยู่เสมอ คือ พัฒนาตนเองให้พ้นจากอำนาจของกิเลสตัณหา การภาวนา หมายถึง การใช้ทั้งสมาธิ และวิปัสสนา แก้ปัญหา หรือจัดการกับกิเลส (อธิจิตฺเต จ อาโยโค) เป็นการตรวจสอบตัวเองอยู่เสมอ มิให้จิตใจเศร้าหมอง ให้จิตใจผ่องใสอยู่เสมอ (สจิตฺตปริโยทปนํ)
