3.2) จัดหาและติดตั้งห้องทดสอบอุปกรณ์ 4G LTE พร้อมเครื่องมือทดสอบคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆตามเอกสารแนบ 1 โดยจะต้องแจ้งชื่อ ยี่ห้อของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และข้อกำหนดทางวิศวกรรม รวมทั้งแนบแคตตาล็อกของอุปกรณ์หลักที่เสนอมาเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา
3.3) จัดหาซอฟแวร์ต่างๆ ที่ได้ลิขสิทธิ์ตามคุณลักษณะตามเอกสารแนบ 2 โดยจะต้องแจ้งชื่อ ยี่ห้อของซอร์ฟแวร์ และข้อกำหนดทางวิศวกรรม รวมทั้งแนบแคตตาล็อกของอุปกรณ์หลักที่เสนอมาเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา

3.5) การทดสอบต้องสามารถทำได้ทั้งแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ (Semi-Automatic) และหรือ อัตโนมัติ ( Automatic ) โดยได้ผลการทดสอบที่ไม่แตกต่างกันทั้งสองแบบ และปรับเปลี่ยนหัวข้อการทดสอบได้ตามความต้องการ
