วันที่24พฤศจิกายน2558 ฉันได้มีโอกาสเข้าอบรมการพัฒนสบุคลิกภาพที่โรงแรมโนโวเทล โดยการไปครั้งนี้วิทยาลัยได้นำนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่2ของทุกสาขาเข้าร่วมทั้งหมด โดยมีอาจารย์ผู้ให้ความรู้ถ้าด้านพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและมารยาทในการรับประทานอาหารแบบสากล
อันดับแรก อาจารย์อิงเรียม เรืองชัง เป็นอาจารย์มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า20ปีในการบินไทย โดยจบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจากมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงและจบปริญญาโท ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพในด้านต่างๆโดยเฉพาะการเป็นแอร์โฮสเตทว่าควรมีบุคลิกที่ดี สวย ยิ้มเก่ง สบตา รวมไปถึงการเดิน การนั่ง การพูด และด้านต่างๆ
อันดับสอง อาจารย์ปนิตา หรือ ออย ได้ใฟ้ความรู้ในด้านการรับประทานอาหารแบบสากล เช่น การนั่ง การจับช้อน การกิน การดื่ม เป็นต้น
สุดท้ายนี้ ในการไปอบรมการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ฉันมีความรู้มากขึ้น และได้ปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่ไม่เคยทำมาก่อน ฉันหวังว่าคงมีกิจกรรมที่ดีแบบนี้ในครั้งต่อไป
