และเหตุผลสุดท้ายก็คือ รสชาติข้าวหมูทอดของแม่ ไม่เหมือนที่อื่นๆ ไม่เค็มเกินไป ไม่หวานเกินไป รสชาติกลมกล่อมกำลังพอดี เพราะแม่มีสูตรลับนั่นเอง
