(๓) จัดให้มีการดูแลรักษาและตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ดี โดยในการตรวจสอบนั้นต้องไม่น้อยกว่าเดือนละหนึ่งครั้งหรือตามระยะเวลาที่ผู้ผลิตกำหนด พร้อมกับติดป้ายแสดงผลการตรวจสอบและวันที่ทำการตรวจสอบครั้งสุดท้ายไว้ที่อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าว และเก็บผลการตรวจสอบไว้ให้พนักงานตรวจความปลอดภัยตรวจสอบได้ตลอดเวลา เว้นแต่เครื่องดับเพลิงแบบเคลื่อนย้ายได้ให้ตรวจสอบตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ ๑๓ (๕)
