ฉันไม่เห็นด้วยกับการสนับสนุนให้มีโทษประหารสำหรับคดีข่มขืนหรือคดีอื่นๆ แต่สิ่งที่ควรแก้ไขคือความเข้มงวดในการบังคับกฎหมาย ระบบตำรวจและระบบยุติธรรมในประเทศไทยยังขาดความรัดกุมและการปฎิบัติที่ดี
