กรอบแนวคิดและขอบเขตการวิจัย
ในการวิจัยเรื่อง ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กรณีศึกษาตำบลกุดโบสถ์ อำเภอเสิงสาง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้มาจากการวิจัยจากการศึกษาคือเอกสาร สิ่งพิมพ์ ตำรา และบททวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวข้อง และจากทฤษฎีของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อนำมากำหนดประเด็นคำถามในแบบสอบถาม ดังนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการของยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยดำเนินการเป็น 3 ส่วน ดังนี้
ส่วนที่ 1 การสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพดำเนินการของยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จากเกษตรกรกลุ่มตัวอย่างใน ตำบลกุดโบสถ์ จำนวน 389 คน
ส่วนที่ 2 ทำการวิเคราะห์ สภาพแวดล้อม (SWOT) จากเอกสารประเมินตนเอง เพื่อวิเคราะห์ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค จำนวน 10 หมู่บ้าน
ส่วนที่ 3 การศึกษาแนวทางการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์กับวิธีบูรณาการการบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำเกษตรกร จำนวน 10 คน
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง แบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วนดังนี้
