ข้อ ๓ เพื่อเป็นประกันในการปฎิบัติตามสัญญาเช่า ผู้เช่าตกลงมอบเงินประกันการเช่าจำนวน1500บาท(หนึ่งพันห้าร้อยบาท)ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าพร้อมกับค่าเช่าเป็นจำนวนเงิน..........................บาท
ข้อ ๔ ผู้เช่าตกลงจะนำค่าเช่าไปชำระแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ณ บ้านเลฃที่88/5ม1ต.หนองตำลึง อ.พานทอง จ.ชลบุรีของผู้ให้เช่าและจะชำละค่าเช่าล่วงหน้าภายในวันที่........ของทุกๆเดือนไป
ข้อ ๕ ผู้เช่าตกลงเช่าพื้นที่ขายของโดยผู้ให้เช่าสามารถให้มีเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าได้ตามที่ได้ตกลงกับผู้เช่า คือ เครื่องทำแครปญี่ปุ่น1เครื่อง เครื่องปั่น1เครื่อง ตู้ไอติม1 ตู้ ตู้แช่น้ำ1ตู้ เท่านั้น หากผู้เช่ามีเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากที่ตกลงทางผู้ให้เช่าจะคิดค่าไฟเพิ่ม
ข้อ ๖ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้ที่ดินที่เช่าเพื่อการอย่างอื่นนอกจากการตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาข้อ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาติเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๗ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ขุดบ่อ คู หรือทำด้วยประการใดๆ ซึ่งทำให้ที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าเสียหายเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่าแต่หากเสียหายผู้เช่ายินยอมรับผิดชอบความเสียหายทั้งหมด
ข้อ ๘ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่นำที่ดินที่เช่านี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหนือโอนสิทธิการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้เช่าขายเบียร์สามารถขายได้เฉพราะเบียร์กระป๋องเท่านั้นห้ามขายสิ่งของที่เหมือนผู้ให้เช่าขายประกอบการอยู่นอกจากได้รับอนุญาติจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๑ หากผู้เช่าเกิดเหตุการทะเลาะวิวาทโดยนำพาซึ่งความเสียหายผู้เช่าตกลงจะออกค่าเสียหายทั้งหมด รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
ข้อ ๑๒ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่ารื้อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทำสัญญาเช่านี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ

ข้อ ๕ ผู้เช่าตกลงเช่าพื้นที่ขายของโดยผู้ให้เช่าสามารถให้มีเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าได้ตามที่ได้ตกลงกับผู้เช่า คือ เครื่องทำแครปญี่ปุ่น1เครื่อง เครื่องปั่น1เครื่อง ตู้ไอติม1 ตู้ ตู้แช่น้ำ1ตู้ เท่านั้น หากผู้เช่ามีเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากที่ตกลงทางผู้ให้เช่าจะคิดค่าไฟเพิ่ม
ข้อ ๖ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้ที่ดินที่เช่าเพื่อการอย่างอื่นนอกจากการตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาข้อ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาติเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๗ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ขุดบ่อ คู หรือทำด้วยประการใดๆ ซึ่งทำให้ที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าเสียหายเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่าแต่หากเสียหายผู้เช่ายินยอมรับผิดชอบความเสียหายทั้งหมด
ข้อ ๘ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่นำที่ดินที่เช่านี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหนือโอนสิทธิการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้เช่าขายเบียร์สามารถขายได้เฉพราะเบียร์กระป๋องเท่านั้นห้ามขายสิ่งของที่เหมือนผู้ให้เช่าขายประกอบการอยู่นอกจากได้รับอนุญาติจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๑ หากผู้เช่าเกิดเหตุการทะเลาะวิวาทโดยนำพาซึ่งความเสียหายผู้เช่าตกลงจะออกค่าเสียหายทั้งหมด รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
ข้อ ๑๒ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่ารื้อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทำสัญญาเช่านี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ

ข้อ ๖ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้ที่ดินที่เช่าเพื่อการอย่างอื่นนอกจากการตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาข้อ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาติเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๗ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ขุดบ่อ คู หรือทำด้วยประการใดๆ ซึ่งทำให้ที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าเสียหายเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่าแต่หากเสียหายผู้เช่ายินยอมรับผิดชอบความเสียหายทั้งหมด
ข้อ ๘ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่นำที่ดินที่เช่านี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหนือโอนสิทธิการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้เช่าขายเบียร์สามารถขายได้เฉพราะเบียร์กระป๋องเท่านั้นห้ามขายสิ่งของที่เหมือนผู้ให้เช่าขายประกอบการอยู่นอกจากได้รับอนุญาติจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๑ หากผู้เช่าเกิดเหตุการทะเลาะวิวาทโดยนำพาซึ่งความเสียหายผู้เช่าตกลงจะออกค่าเสียหายทั้งหมด รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
ข้อ ๑๒ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่ารื้อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทำสัญญาเช่านี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบที่ดินหรือพื้นที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
