4.1.4 มาตรการติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบทางสุขภาพ
มาตรการติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบจากสิ่งคุกคามทางกายภาพ เป็นมาตรการติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากปัญหาของคุณภาพอากาศ โดยเฉพาะปริมาณฝุ่นละออง ปัญหาจากเสียงและความสั่นสะเทือน และการบาดเจ็บจากอุบัติเหตุอันเป็นผลจากกิจกรรมของโครงการ โดยมีแนวทางในการติดตามตรวจสอบ ดังนี้
1) ตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศ โดยทำการตรวจวัดปริมาณฝุ่นละอองรวมทั้งหมด (TSP) และฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็กกว่า 10 ไมครอน (PM10) 24 ชั่วโมง เป็นระยะเวลา 3 วัน ต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ สามารถติดตามตรวจสอบร่วมกับมาตรการติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบด้านคุณภาพอากาศ ที่กำหนดไว้ในรายงานการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมได้
2) ตรวจวัดระดับเสียง (Leq 24 hr, Leq 1 hr และ Lmax) และความสั่นสะเทือน เป็นระยะเวลา 3 วัน ต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ สามารถติดตามตรวจสอบร่วมกับมาตรการติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบด้านเสียงและความสั่นสะเทือน ที่กำหนดไว้ในรายงานการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมได้
3) ติดตามตรวจสอบ และรวบรวมข้อมูลการเจ็บป่วยด้วยอาการของระบบทางเดินหายใจจากปัญหา
