1.ควบคุมคุณภาพ ดูแล ตรวจสอบ การดำเนินงานก่อสร้าง ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานหลักวิศวกรรม อย่างมีระบบ มีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในแผนงาน
2.วางแผนการใช้วัสดุ ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ ดูแลการจัดเตรียมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนด
3.จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้างานก่อสร้างประจำวัน รายงานประจำสัปดาห์ รายงานประจำเดือน เอกสารการเบิกจ่ายงวดงานผู้รับเหมา ส่งมอบอาคาร เอกสารงานแก้ไข Defect list และเอกสารอื่นๆ
4.จัดทำรายการเหล็ก(Bar cut list) ถอดแบบปริมาณงาน ปริมาณวัสดุ ประมาณการ งานเพิ่ม-ลด ให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้องตามการใช้งานจริงเพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนให้สอดคล้องกับงบประมาณโครงการ
5.จัดทำขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน(Procedure) ประจำโครงการ และเอกสารควบคุมคุณภาพ ข้อกำหนด ISO ตามนโยบายคุณภาพบริษัท
6.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องแบบก่อสร้างก่อนนำไปใช้งาน
7.ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ ถ่ายทอดทักษะความชำนาญงานแก่ผู้ควบคุมงาน พนักงานสำรวจ ให้มีความรู้ความสามารถตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
