บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท บุญถาวรเซรามิค จำกัด ดำเนินธุรกิจค้าปลีกวัสดุก่อสร้าง จำหน่ายสินค้าประเภทกระเบื้อง เซรามิคสุขภัณฑ์ หินอ่อน หินแกรนิต เฟอร์นิเจอร์ชุดครัว และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวฯ ผู้ศึกษาได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกข้อมูลรับ ซึ่งในการเข้าไปปฏิบัติงานนั้น ได้ศึกษาในกระบวนการรับเข้าสินค้า การทำเอกสารต่างๆ ซึ่งในการทำงานแต่ละครั้ง ผู้ศึกษาพบว่าการทำงานแต่ละครั้งใช้เวลานาน กระบวนการทำงานเป็นไปอย่างล้าช้า และใช้ทรัพยากรกระดาษจำนวนมาก การหาเอกสารที่ต้องใช้เวลาและการเก็บที่ซับซ้อนมีหลายขั้นตอน ผู้ศึกษาจึงนำเอา ผังก้างปลา หรือ ผังแสดงเหตุและผล (Cause and Effect Diagram หรือ Fish - Bone หรือ Leaf Diagram) มาวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เมื่อทราบถึงปัญหาที่แท้จริง ผู้ศึกษาจึงนำเอาหลังการ ECRS มาปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาที่ โดยเลือกใช้ S = Simplify หมายถึง ปรับปรุงวิธีการทำงาน หรือสร้างอุปกรณ์ช่วยให้ทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้น สิ่งที่จะมาช่วยให้กระบวนการทำงานนั้นง่าย ผู้ศึกษาเลือกใช้ เครื่องสแกน (scanner) และโปรแกรม Microsoft excel 2010 เข้ามาประยุกต์กับการทำงาน เข้ามาช่วยในการจัดการดับเอกสาร ให้การทำงานง่าย รวดเร็วขึ้นและช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมากขึ้น โดยการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานสามารถลดเวลาทำงานได้ 16 นาที/วัน ลดต้นทุนค่าเอกสารลงไปได้ 450 บาท/เดือน ช่วยลดเวลาค้นหาเอกสารย้อนหลังลง 17 นาที/ครั้ง และลดปัญหาที่เก็บเอกสารและกรณีเอกสารหาย
