, August 6 2015 Meen:
1. A major mistake occurred in the August issue. A total of 10 pages are missing. In the flight schedule section.
a. After investigating Meen found, out that the mistake occurred at the printing press as 2 files. Were missed out. Each file includes 5 pages.
B. Meen is discussing the matter with K. Ravi and the press.The manager of the press will come and meet K. Ravi to discuss the solution and compensation.
C. From now on Meen will,, Cross check a list of cities along with the proof that comes from the press to ensure that every city has been, included.
2. Kansai vs Osaka
a. Meen will research all cities that have more than one airport. She will bring this list to discuss. With Sid and K. Ravi.She will think about the best solution to list flight schedules that go to different airports in the same city. Option 1 is. To list the majority of flights under one airport code and put a * next to flights that fly to the other airport and mention,, This below. Option 2 is to list that city twice and list flight schedules to each airport in that city separately with separate. Airport codes.
B.Meen will check all flight schedules and see if the correct city codes or airport codes are being listed next to the city. Names.
C. Regarding Kansai and Osaka in the, July issue Meen listed, the TG flight wrong. It actually flies, to Kansai but. Is listed as flying to Osaka (OSA). She has checked with the airline and will correct it in in the next issue.
3.104 letters have been sent to country managers of airlines requesting news and promotions from them. 1 copy of TAT was. Included in the package.
a. Will send via email and will CC K. Sid.
4. Directory Section in the back.
a. It was discussed. That we need a system to select the hotels serviced, courses, apartments golf etc.Meen will contact the Thai Hotel Association and get a list of all of their members as well as the contact info.
B. Sid. Has sent Meen the list of all hotels that are members of the THA. This list includes location and star rating.
C. Meen will. Use this list to update the directory section - hotels. But she will still continue to think about how to improve this section. Further.
Rin 1.Rin and Phim visited Federal last week and they were happy with the voucher of The Chill that we gave them. They are likely. To renew their subscription.
2. Out of the list of the top, 20 customers only 1 has been visited. Awaiting info from Rin. About visits to the other clients.
Phim 1. The Subscription Renewal Form has been edited and sent to 137 people via fax.She will send via email to the ones that she has email addresses for.
a. She will prepare a report of all, the names contact. Info and status, of each. She will call each one and follow up about renewals.
2. Subscription a. She is now sending renewals 3 months. In advance 2 months, in advance and 1, month in advance.
