การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตำบลศรีดงเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น77 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตำบลศรีดงเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ
