I visited our Phuket, Samui and Pattaya Beach branches this month. Attached please find WU Form displayed in Pattaya Beach branch, in which Russian translation was added by hand.

Many of Russian customers do not read English, therefore our Russian translator added translation. Please consider adding Russian to WU form. Otherwise, please make official sample (not by hand) in Russian for Phuket and Pattaya. (Maybe Samui as well. I guess you can check which branches we have Russian customers in your database.)

Re. the sign in the attached file IMG5491, it indicates "Customers must check their name & last name before receiving money. First & last names must be the same as in passport. Otherwise, customers won't get money." Our translators say it's also important.
