งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาปริมาณโลหะหนักในดินตะกอนท้องน้ำบริเวณพื้นที่บ่อเลี้ยงปลากระชังในแม่น้ำเลย จังหวัดเลย และโลหะหนักที่ทำการวิเคราะห์คือ สารหนู (As) สังกะสี (Zn) ตะกั่ว (Pb) แคดเมียม (Cd) เหล็ก (Fe) โครเมียม (Cr) และทองแดง (Cu) โดยเก็บตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 4 จุด 12 ตัวอย่าง ระหว่างเดือนกันยายน- พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2558 ทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยเครื่อง Inductively Couple Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) รุ่น 8000 ปริมาณ As, Zn, Pb, Cd, Fe, Cr และ Cu เฉลี่ยตั้งแต่เดือนกันยายน-พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2558 มี As Zn Pb Cd Fe Cr และ Cu เท่ากับ (5.64 mg/kg), (39.01 mg/kg), (1,74 mg/kg), (0 mg/kg), (6839.00 mg/kg), (6.90 mg/kg) และ (2.76 mg/kg),(39.69 mg/kg), (20.63 mg/kg), (1.80 mg/kg), (0 mg/kg), (5708.00 mg/kg), (5.49 mg/kg), (8.68 mg/kg), (2.01 mg/kg), (18.20 mg/kg), (1.49 mg/kg), (0 mg/kg), (3988.00 mg/kg), (4.41 mg/kg) และ (12.51 mg/kg) ตามลำดับ เดือนกันยายน- พฤศจิกายนพบ As (1.39-9.01 mg/kg), Zn (9.30-83.83 mg/kg), Pb (0.62-2.58 mg/kg), Fe (3590.00-7715.00 mg/kg), Cr (3.35-9.55 mg/kg), Cu (0.43-17.64 mg/kg) และ Cd (0 mg/kg) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าความเข้มข้นของเหล็กมีค่าสูงที่สุด 3590.00-7715.00 mg/kg รองลงมาคือสังกะสี ทองแดง ตะกั่ว โครเมียม และแคดเมียม โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ 9.30-83.83 mg/kg 0.43-17.64 mg/kg 0.62-2.58 mg/kg 3.35-9.55 mg/kg และ 0 mg/kg ตามลำดับ เมื่อเทียบกับค่ามาตรฐานพบว่า ความเข้มข้นของสังกะสีในเดือนกันยายนมีค่าสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของเกณฑ์โลหะหนักของดินในประเทศไทย (2548)

September-November was found As (1.39 mg/kg-9.01), Zn (mg/kg-9.30 83.83), Pb (mg/kg 0.62-2.58), Fe (mg/kg-3590.00 7715.00), Cr (mg/kg-9.55 3.35), Cu (0.43 mg/kg-17.64) and Cd (0 mg/kg), the study found that the concentration of iron, with highest values mg/kg 7715.00 3590.00-second lead, zinc, copper and chromium are cadmium, with a value of 0.43 mg/kg 9.30-83.83-0.62 mg/kg 17.64-2.58 mg/kg mg/kg and 3.35-9.55 0 mg/kg, respectively. Compared with standard values, it was found that the concentration of zinc in September with a value higher than the benchmark of heavy metal of soil in the country criteria Thailand. (2548)
