ข้อ 2. พนักงานผู้ใดจงใจหรือละเลยไม่ให้ความร่วมมือตาม ข้อ1. จะเป็นเหตุให้ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลพิจารณาโทษโดยการตักเตือนเรื่องวินัยการทำงาน ทั้งอาจถูกแจ้งความเพื่อเป็นหลักฐานว่ากระทำละเมิดสิทธิในทางกฎหมาย หากตักเตือนแล้วยังไม่ให้ความร่วมมืออีก ทางบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการลงโทษทางวินัยตามความเหมาะสม ทั้งมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งต้องดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป
