การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1. เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตามหลักการบริหาร 4M’s โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต22 จังหวัดนครพนม 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตามหลักการบริหาร 4M’s โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต22 จังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามตำแหน่งทางการบริหารและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาหรือรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานทั้ง 4 ฝ่าย หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 8 กลุ่มสาระ และครูผู้สอน แยกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 669 คน รวม 50 โรง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และและเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ส่วนมากจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เมื่อจำแนกข้อมูลตามตำแหน่งทางการบริหาร ส่วนใหญ่เป็นครูผู้ปฏิบัติการสอน รองลงมาคือ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และเมื่อจำแนกข้อมูลตามขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่า มีโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมากที่สุด
2. ระดับการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตามหลักการบริหาร 4M’s โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต22 จังหวัดนครพนม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยด้านที่มีระดับการปฏิบัติสูงสุดคือการบริหารจัดการด้านบุคลากร ส่วนด้านที่มีระดับการปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุดคือการบริหารจัดการด้านทรัพยากร เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่งทางการบริหาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยตำแหน่งที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติสูงที่สุดคือ ตำแหน่งผู้บริหาร ตำแหน่งที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุดคือ ตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน และเมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่มีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติสูงที่สุด ส่วนโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กและโรงเรียนขนาดกลางมีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติเท่ากัน
3. การเปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตามหลักการบริหาร 4M’s โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต22 จังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามตำแหน่งทางการบริหาร พบว่า ระดับการบริหารด้านงบประมาณ ด้านทรัพยากร และภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Sheffe) ปรากฎว่าด้านงบประมาณค่าเฉลี่ยไม่แตกต่างกัน ด้านทรัพยากร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 2 คู่ คือ หัวหน้างานกับหัวหน้ากลุ่ม โดยหัวหน้างานมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่าหัวหน้ากลุ่มและหัวหน้างานกับครูปฏิบัติการสอน โดยหัวหน้างานมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยครูปฏิบัติการสอน ส่วนในภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 1 คู่ คือ หัวหน้างานกับครูปฏิบัติการสอน โดยหัวหน้างานมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่าครูปฏิบัติการสอน
การเปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตามหลักการบริหาร 4M’s โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต22 จังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า ระดับการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก โรงเรียนขนาดกลางและโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มีระดับการปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน
