อันดับแรกด้านความรู้ที่เป็นเนื้อหา ได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ประเภทต่างๆ ทั้ง ความหมาย ประเภท ไวยากรณ์ที่ใช้ ประโยชน์และนำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างไร
