งานวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย คือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ ปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท และปริญญาเอก คณะบริหารธุรกิจ คณะนิติศาสตร์ และคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ จำนวน 463 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Sampling) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) ผลจากการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
